    Great article! I’ve struggled with this and I know many people who struggle with it– when weight loss is the primary or only motivation for exercise, it’s so easy to get discouraged when results don’t match up with hopes. I love that Health At Every Size focuses on exercise for enjoyment and strength. Thanks for sharing this!

      I found as soon as I stopped exercise for what I looked like and instead for what it felt like going to the gym became a pleasure and not a chore. I don’t beat myself up anymore when I miss a session due to life either. I see the gym as a hobby. Glad you enjoyed the article.
